Reports, summaries, calculations, JSON files and working statements generated by the system must be reviewed before statutory filing or submission.
Use of the system does not replace professional advice from a chartered accountant, tax professional, legal adviser or other qualified professional.
Shree Parmeshwari Enterprises is responsible for reviewing and approving its final statutory returns, payments and submissions.
5. Office and GSTIN Records
The system may maintain records for multiple offices, locations, warehouses and GST registrations.
GST records and reports may be maintained separately for each GSTIN. Consolidated reports may be provided for internal management and income-tax working purposes.
Users must select the correct office, GSTIN, financial year and invoice series before creating or importing a transaction.
6. Excel and File Imports
The system may allow users to upload Excel, CSV, JSON, XML, bank statements and supporting documents.
Users must review the import preview, detected errors, duplicate warnings and final totals before confirming an import.
The availability of rollback or correction tools does not remove the user’s responsibility to verify uploaded data.
Users must not upload infected, corrupted, unlawful or unrelated files.
7. Reports and Exported Files
Reports may be exported in formats including Excel, PDF, HTML, JSON or encrypted HTML.
An exported file represents the information available at the time of export. It may not reflect corrections or updates made later in the live system.
Recipients of exported reports are responsible for keeping them secure. Passwords for encrypted files should be shared separately from the file wherever practical.

Reasonable security measures may include:
- Login-based access
